If you cannot see the Office Store button in the ribbon, you can try to download and run Outlook Reset Preferences tool to check if it helps. Please note the tool will remove all customization in Outlook Preference.

This resulted in the ‘ Contact Support ‘ option being displayed as well as the ‘ Get Add-Ins ‘ button within my Home ribbon and my Zoom for Outlook plugin when scheduling a meeting through Outlook. When using Zoom invite it opens a page inviting me to Microsoft which I cancel. It then brings up anew version of outlook. When I try to send thw invite it won;t, no error message.

I am not using Microsoft My default mail program is Outlook. I am using Windows 10 Version When I list my programs in the Start menu it shows Microsoft Office When I hit default email in Zoom and get a page that wants me to install trial or buy which I don’t want ao I hit the X and it goes tothis Outlook.

I just went through the invite process using the latest version of the Zoom client 5. It also begs the question as to whether or not you have a trial version of Office installed on your computer which possibly be the cause of what you’re running into.

If you do, then this should be uninstalled and the Office version you’re actually using should be repaired. Lastly, this really is a question that needs to be posed to Zoom support since it’s their application that is invoking whatever it is you’re encountering.

Have already described what you need to check regarding the trial version of Office It’s not a question as to whether or not you are using ‘, it’s a question as to whether it is installed on your computer a trial version of ‘ is installed on every new computer. As for the rest of it, please note that this forum isn’t for resolving Zoom issues which is the source of your problems – it’s not Outlook.

If Outlook can’t send a calendar invite created by Zoom, then you’ll need to ask them to trouble-shoot the cause. Calendar invite was created, added a recipient and emailed it.
