Looking at the switches they are all connected via ethernet and not wifi the bandwidth usage is relatively low. There isn’t any dropped packets or high cpu utilization on the switch. The internet bandwidth is also pretty low, It is about 20 Mbps down and about 3 Mbps up and we have a Mbps up and down connection. Can anyone please point me in a direction to look?

Even though CPU usage for the switch or firewall may not be high, your total bandwith is being shared for all uses, you may need to set a certain QoS level for Zoom in order for everyone to have a pleasant experience.
