– Why is my windows 10 screen zoomed in

I read that the new update can cause this, so I uninstalled the update and rollbacked the driver, but still the screen is zoomed in.

Then, for some reason when I booted up my computer yesterday, it appeared to have fixed itself. Exciting, but then when I booted it up this morning it was back to the same zoomed in appearance.
